1. Be open minded:
-try an exercise/class/sport before you judging if you like it or not
2. Be realistic:
-if you normally don’t exercise at all dont aim for 5 sessions a week straight away. Aim for 2 – any more is a bonus
3. Be consistent:
-you won’t achieve results without regular exercise
4. Get advice:
-workouts that are designed just for YOU are more effective, enjoyable and sustainable
5. Be patient:
-it takes time to make changes in habits but the achievement is worth it
