Speed and Agility Training for Netball
Galmington netball club were put through their paces last week with a focus on developing speed and agility around the court. A focus on lots of movement in small spaces to not only look at the technical side of movement but repetition of key changes of direction to improve speed as well as specific endurance.
Bands provided resistance to develop those all important glute muscles for injury prevention and power development.
