SAQ in the Rain!

Taunton Netball Club braved the elements last night with some SAQ (Speed Agility Quickness) training. Not ideal conditions with on off torrential rain, however games are played outside so all good practice!

All players took part in various agility drills, with the Burglar Drill (First to collect 3 tennis balls) bringing out the competitive nature of many!

It was great to see was the improvement in some tricky dynamic warm up drill’s from the first session!
