Galmington Netball Club-Agility Drill

Nearly 50 players at Galmington Netball Clubs training session tonight, with a baptism of fire for the under 16’s. Lots of speed agility work, coordinating in small groups to provide specific in season training benefits.

A little tester at the end of the session with the ball drop reaction game whilst fatigued to see how  good reactions and catching skills were to mimic the end of a tiring game!

Great effort by all involved.
