Personal Training is the main aspect of my business and over the last 20 years I have worked with a whole variety of people with a range of goals. From losing weight, toning, starting their fitness journey, learning weight lifting, improving running technique, injury rehabilitation, maximising sporting potential the list goes on.
It’s a privilege to be let into people’s lives and always a thrill when they achieve their goals, or just feel better in themselves.
I have many clients that I have been seeing for a large proportion of those 20 years which is great to build such relationships.
