20 Years ago I established my business on a full time basis. Over the years I have been fortunate to work with a wide variety of people, working towards and achieving a variety of goals; individuals looking to improve their fitness, youngsters starting on their sporting journey, cardiac rehabilitation patients, sports teams and academies, international sports performers, I have worked with them all.
Over the next month I will be looking back over a few of the people and projects I have worked with, sharing some top tips and favourite exercises.
