Alcohol and its Effects

Over many years and with a variety of clients, various topics are discussed. Alcohol is one that seems to have both positive and negative effects on people. There is evidence that suggests a large range of positive benefits to cutting down/giving up alcohol; such as weight loss, better sleep, feeling less bloated and having more energy.
From a professional point of view, I would be interested in discovering what the potential effects are of giving up alcohol for a given period of time and whether such benefits apply to all.
Would you be interested in giving up alcohol for a period of 4 weeks, and documenting how you feel using a basic questionnaire at the start and at the end of that period, along with any
additional feedback.
All responses will remain anonymous and to reiterate, the purpose is to potentially see what the benefits are and if they apply in the same way to all.
