Christmas Circuit!

A few festive costumes and some questionable singing to round off another hugely enjoyable year of the circuits class at Wellsprings Leisure Centre, Thursdays 12-1 pm. Many of the participants graduating from the Cardiac Rehabilitation scheme.

Following specialised Phase 3 Cardiac Rehabilitation Programmes,  both in the hospital and community settings, participants are offered the opportunity to continue their exercise as part of a regular circuits class.  The positive aspect of this nature of exercise is that it is adaptable to all levels, so there is a mix of those that have recently had heart surgery and those that are there just to increase their fitness levels along in a friendly environment.
