CLASS Workout in ultra-FIT Magazine

The June 2013 issue of ultra-FIT magazine contains a Swiss ball core workout that I devised to help you get into shape for the summer.  The workout is short but very effective and works all aspects of the core.  It is taken from The Ultimate Workout Fitball DVD which provides exercises for all areas of the body.  If you have any questions about the workout please do not hesitate to contact me.
