Taunton Netball Club showed their competitive spirit tonight in a range of strength and conditioning competitions. From core races to classic sprint relays.

The dry night allowed some ‘animal walks’ to develop core strength to be done, along with speed and agility squares.

The jumps relay set the competitive scene and the relays with throwing finished the evening off well.
