Hockey Star Cam Trials for England

Over the past year or so I have been fortunate enough through my association with Kings College, Taunton to work with Cameron Riley. He is a talented hockey player and at the weekend attended England trials at Lilleshall. Cam is always a hard worker and in general his training is often strength based to avoid potential injury.

Of late Cam’s training has been geared towards his running with the tough task of a 16 lengths hockey pitch run as part of the trials.  Cam recorded a fantastic 4 minutes 57 seconds his first time under 5 minutes and first out of all the trialists.

The training that he put in over the Summer along with some tweaks and fine tuning in recent weeks really paid off.  Well done Cam.
