King’s School Hockey S & C
Two great sessions yesterday at Kings College with the developing boys Hockey squads. After a dynamic warm up concentrating on range of movement and good biomechanics, a few ideas for keeping in hockey specific shape over the festive period.
Simple ideas that can be completed in a small space with the key being the intensity so when they return with several games in the first week they will be robust and ready.
For example:
-2 Footed jumps x 10 into 10 secs fast feet on the spot. Rest 20 secs and repeat 3 x
