Ramp Up the Red

A great red turn out for Ramp Up the Red at Wellsprings Leisure Centre in my circuits class last week. The British Heart Foundation National Campaign was designed to raise awareness and money for Britain’s number one killer. Following donations all took part in a cardiovascular based class-a good effort all round!
