Regional Hockey Success For Laura

Congratulations to Laura on being part of the winning West team at the Regional Hockey tournament in Basingstoke at the weekend.

After attending trials for the first time Laura was selected for team West.  Leading up to both the trials and the tournament Laura’s training has focused on hockey specific power and agility development.

To achieve this she has been doing a mix of explosive weighs activities such as power cleans, along with agility based drills and running technique work.

Its testament to how hard Laura works that she has achieved the success that she has.
