SAQ for Taunton Netball Club
After a fresh start last night Taunton Netball Club demonstrated their usual enthusiasm and got stuck in to the strength and conditioning session with the focus on speed, agility and quickness.
After a warm up testing a bit of coordination! Bands were used to provide some resistance to movement and work the glutes!
The session rounded off with some speed and agility work before a bit of balance-giving ideas to practice for homework!
Balance Drill:
Stand on one leg, bend down to touch your toe with the opposite hand. See how many you can do without your other foot touching the floor. Ensure that you stand up fully in between each touch.
Progression: Do the above drill with your eyes closed!
