Somerset Schools Athletics High Jump Coaching

The first Somerset Schools Athletics Association Coaching course for 2016 took place on Sunday at the Bill Whistlecroft Arena in Yeovil.

Over 70 athlete’s attended the day participating in a variety of track and field event coaching sessions.

The high jump focus was to give the athletes idea’s on aspects of their jumping that they could go and work on, with particular emphasis on run up development to give them confidence in their jumps.
