Strength and Conditioning for Performance Sport at Huish

A great effort from everybody today for the first S & C session of the year. Taking advantage of the weather by getting outside.

If they all apply themselves like they did today, eat well, train well, rest well, and study well-they will be on their way to reaching their potential.

However some flexibility work 3 x 30 seconds each stretch would be beneficial!
