We took part in fitness sessions held at Richard Huish College with James and enjoyed every minute of it.

Due to the small group sizes, they were focused around what we wanted and needed therefore we could recognise the benefits it had on our performance in sport. All three of us play for college teams and on many occasions coaches noticed and commented on the improvements we had made.

James is a popular and key member of the Richard Huish Performance Cricket set-up, run mainly at The County Ground in Taunton.
